Coronavirus has meant we're changing how we do some things to help stop the virus spread and look out for the health of our guests and our team.
There's lots we've already put in place including enhanced cleaning, social distancing and PPE. We promise we'll do all we can to follow the latest and most relevant guidance and to keep you fully informed about what we're doing. We'll update this page when we have more information, so please check back regularly.

The following guidelines are not exhaustive, and will apply to your visit:
1. Please maintain social distancing throughout your stay - this includes when interacting with other visitors and our staff.
2. Maintain the highest level of hand hygiene.
3. Avoid crowded areas
If you have Coronavirus symptoms, please stay at home.
Health and Safety
The health and well-being of our staff and guests is always at the forefront of our minds and it will be no different when we re-open.
We also understand that we have a responsibility to our local community to protect them from any risks associated with visitors to the area so plan to work closely with them and provide guidance to guests prior to arrival on how they can support this.
The following measures are being put in place for the safety of both staff and customers, which although will never fully remove the risk of catching COVID-19 offer some mitigation and piece of mind.
